Nothing quite like a good 90 minutes of well-choreographed
violence, nudge-wink one-liners and sharp witted bad
guys...

Total Recall
Aliens
Predator
Commando
Demolition Man (old fave)

Demolition Man fookin' classic film.

In fact I love all of them you listed, barr Commando, which
is just OK.

Terminator 2 is my all time fav though.

Oh man, Commando...ok???? It's classic from top to bottom,
the camp, chainmail-clad miscast central bad guy topping it
all off.

like.

There's a lot of shit, it's the details really that makes
these films so watchable.

Also add to my list:

Robocop

Robocop, yeah, that's fantastic. Also Superman 2.

Robocop is great!

even Robocop 2 has some nice moments.

I quite liked Speed too.

Speed 2 had absolutely no nice moments. it was just evil.

If you like Arnold movies, make sure you check out "The
Running Man." TONS of hilarious one-liners and good action
to back them up.

The remake of "Shaft" with Samuel L Jackson is an amazing
action movie and funny as hell too. Also obviously the
Indiana Jones movies kick ass. And Fulltime Killer was a lot
of fun also.

Die Hard is the definitive action flick against which all
others have to measured.

rambo1 2 & 3 all classic. The 2nd and 3rd are practically
the same film, which in its self is hilarious. Stallone
provides classic cheese

The Legend of Drunken Master (Jackie Chan)
Jet Li - Once Upon a Time a Hero in China
Jet Li - The Tai-Chi Masters
Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon (alright movie not as good as
the old Kung Fu flicks)
John Woo´s The Killer
Zatoichi (2003)
Hero (with Jet Li)

Asian movies are still the best even though when they go to
the States all they do is crappy movies.

New York Pussy is a good "action" film.

being rescued by Ben Affleck?

Predator, man... that was awesome. I love any film that
takes place in a jungle! The first Terminator was easily my
favorite ''action'' flick, though... that scene where he
takes on the whole police department is so convincing.

I also really like The Rock.

It's a huge shame about Predator 2 though. *shakes head*

I saw it again the other night...

*shakes head again, unable to speak*

DJ Xammax, I agree, predator 2 deserves only head shaking. I
mean what was that all about?

I few favourites of mine: Terminator 2, Eraser, Face Off,
Predator, Platoon, Demolition Man, Desperado.
