I plan to try and get as many of his films as possible. I know there's a shitload but it's worth it :D
earthleakage: It's awesome because of how understated and relaxed it is. It's well worth missing a pub night for. IT's about a blind swordsman/masseur who arrives in a village and helps sort out the local gangs. My description is crap.

I saw Zatoichi just a little while back with my brother!
I highly recommend it too, but due to cultural differences, some of the parts nearing the "climax" as well as some of the plot twists may seem... well... a bit odd. Just keep that in mind and you'll have a good time :)
