has anyone heard of any artist using signals and sounds
recorded from outer space or possibly even using "the sound
of the big bang" or a black hole in their music (even though
a black hole makes infrasound)?

Sounds from Outer Space? Do you mean background radiation

i'm not sure what track he used it in but i heard the
quality is quite poor, there wasn't that good recording
material back in the day (during the time of the big bang)

i heard that it sounds like some kinda big BANG!

like, very loud
