i heard it's The Bug (Kevin Martin).

His album, Pressure, is well worth investigating by the
way. Dancehall in a brutal electronic stylee.

i've been meaning to give the bug's album a proper listen
for quite some time now. your post & my subsequent reading
(coupled with both vibert & rephlex djs dropping bug tracks
when i've seen them over the last couple of months) made my
mind up to go & buy it in my lunch break today.
but as the album's been out a little over a year, i bet they
won't have any copies in town. i know i could always order
it from warpmart.. but i'm feeling impatient in this heat..
i'd like a new cd.

It's answer deleted by moderators at Rephlex's
request
apparently. Not at all like their usual stuff.

there's a nice breeze blowing though.
i ordered it from warpmart.
only half an hour left of this working day.
had a nice lunch.
might go & see rjd2 live tomorrow.
going to take it easy tonight.
things are alright, you know?

i had enough of a passing interest to bring it up as a
thread.
the whole "mystery identity" pseudonym thing in electronic
music is both liberating for artists and, essentially, just
silly boys playing around.

and you, my friend, cared enough to read & then respond to
the thread. so lets not have a petty dispute about something
as irrelevant as this.

its a nice, sunny day; relax.

Did you work out who it was?
Meaty beats.
Xylophones are banned.

Kellogs crunchy nut beats.
Really bland in my opinion though
Excellent says mr burns.
Water melons are in super mario sunshine.

Subtle aren't I

I am : ]

My original post was in no way malicious or anything towards
the unnamed artist game (as I take it you know about my
feelings). I was just saying in this instance I didn't care
because the music was mediocre.

have a good one!
