there are many foods with little or no nutritional
value, that are bad for you, but also taste damn good.

tell them -- that you don't -- tell them! -- spread it on
bread and put vegetables on top, but put it on a plate, with
olive oil and tahini in the middle, and dip a warm pita
fresh from the oven with your hand and eat it

go vegetarian!
you can't go wrong (if you, like you said, care about what
you eat). A healthy vegetarian diet is more healthy than a
"healthy SAD-diet" (or a "healthy meat-diet").

everytihng...including meat.

nothing like a good hamburger supper after a night on da
razz. No seriously, I am monitoring my diet. You are what
you eat after all.

I'm a vegetarian. I still eat meat though. I can't live
without bacon, chicken and beef. But I abstein from insects
and terrestrial molluscs.

the question is whether you eat fish or not...because if you
don't, then you can't call yourself a vegeterian, see.

When one becomes a vegetarian, are they still allowed to eat
poop?

i've been a vegetarian for over 2 years now, was the best
thing i've done. but since that time, i've come to the
conclusion that i will eat what i want to (no meat), and not
care about what other people eat. i'm not gonna go around
preaching about how you shouldn't eat meat because it is
wrong. i'm just gonna live how i want to and let people live
how they want to.

but if you want my advice: if you are considering going
veggie, stop wasting you life a make up your mind already.

i love everyone! everyone is awesome!

did you know those hostess/drakes/whatever cupcakes have
beef fat in them? ugh...it actually lists "beef fat" in the
ingredients, like chunks of cow fat? just thought i'd let
everyone know.

The only difference between veg and meat is that veg can't
fall over like cows can. Both are as bad as one another,
most veggies live in ignorance of what they are eating.

If you have to take suppliments you aren't eating a balanced
diet.

Humans are designed to eat meat...we are omnivores by
nature, it is our natural diet...so how the fuck some people
think it is wrong I don't know.

I wonder where those vitamins come from though? what would
be the point of being a vegetarian or vegan if the
supplements you needed to take came from concentrate animal
products? honestly I dont know how they get the chemicals
and vitamins into those tablets but Id say theyd have to
come from biological origins right?

why would you eat something that is moving around when you
can eat something that is stationary in the ground?

though as a contrast I try to avoid eating chicken because I
know how bad it is for them.. . cows and other general
edible animals seem well enough cared for down here.. . but
hypergrown 6 week old chickens aint my bag baby.. . so no
kfc and all that nonsense. ..

"What is the single most helpful thing a person can do for
themselves, their fellow beings, and the planet?
Go vegan."
