don't ask my why, but I saw this on saturday... WORST MOVIE
EVER... haha, it was so cheap... I don't think there was a
break in the whole movie... it was constant action for the
whole damn thing... which is pretty cheap really!

and the Frankenstein monster in the movie must be the most
retarded character ever created... he was seriously the most
selfless monster ever, but it seemed so retarded...

Yeah I heard it sucked. Before that I didn't even know it
existed.

Like seriously first thing I heard about it is
"You know that Van Helsing move?"
"No.."
"Well it fucking sucks, remember that"
"OK"

Yeah I wanna see that just to yell out "OI!!!!!! IT'S
POITA!" as soon as Eric Bana turns up on screen.

I'm sure only like 1 or 2 people on this board will get that
oh well.

I've worn the joke out. Every time it's on TV I scream "OI
IT'S POITA!" at the TV. As if my family didn't hate me
enough already.

It's just become one of those jokes... you know where the
more you do it the funnier it is for you because it's making
everyone else go insane?

My life is like that haha

yeah, I have this joke that I use EVERY time I go to
movies... the movie places back home is called Empire Studio
12... so everytime I go to the movie we always check our
tickets to see which cinema it's in, and I say "whoa, seems
we're in studio 12 again!"... it's really quite lame I
guess, but I find it funny! :)

hellboy actually looks good... it seems funny from what I've
seen at least, and that's something Van Helsing didn't have
going for it... well, it was funny, but they didn't mean it
to be...

I've got stoned and fell asleep during King of the Hill and
woken up to South Park. That fucks you up.

Hank: "LOUANNE!"

Cartman: "Shut the hell up!"

Not quite like that but you get the jist.

i accadentely saw Van helsing aswell.. the other day.. or
accadentely.. my gf dowloaded it and forced my to sit on a
hard chair for 2h watching that crap..

i tryed to be open minded about it.. and from commercials of
it i thought!, well the positive thing is that there is
snow! and that seemed really nice at first. but hey.. i cant
come up with anything else positive about it, it was pure
crap.

and yeah.. the local newspaper gave it 4/5 !!! i laughed the
morning i read that after watching the movie the night
before

it was just too rediculous... I went to see it cause I
thought it might be enjoyable to a degree... I like vampires
and stuff, and action movies are mostly good at theatres, so
I figured it'd be fun... but it was just too stupid...

im gonna start to.. never watch another movie with a
russian/american speaking girl with big titts type of
character in it.. theres just too many of them.. man i hated
their voices sooo badly..

I like over-the-top cheesefests like this.

But other similar people who like over-the-top cheesefests
have told me this is too over-the-top and too cheesy.

i wish they would have made Castlevania instead of Van
Helsing.

I also wish they would have made Smellboy instead of
Hellboy.

yeah.. it was only possible to appreciate it in that "crappy
action movie" type of way.. like it made me sorta "jump" a
few times.. but that's the only way that it moved me..
i hated how all kinds of mythilogical and fictional shit was
just mishmashed together and how they made the helsing
character into a fuckin' action hero..

A colleague of mine came into work this morning and said
that "Van Helsing" and "Troy" were both terrible films. He
said people were walking out!?!?

I think I'll still go along and see Troy though. I want to
see "The Day After Tomorrow" - now that looks good!
