I figured it was time I posted something to prove that I
actually make music, or somebody might end up tying me up
and throwing me out the back door into the river with a rock
around my neck. :D

this text is red.

I admit it needs improvement in various ways, but I've been
in a sort of pit creatively for the past few months, though
I seem to be coming back up now.

So... any comments/recommendations/elephants?

One of the tracks from members of this board I have enjoyed
the most! awesome stuff. Very happy / uplifting. Does get
annoying at part, but when it gets kicking the first time in
the track, that's great.

annoying = cause it's a bit weirdly mastered.

This track isn't really my thing at all but i am intriqued
by some of the stuff you did, what did you use to make it?

The effects you have used are a little overbearing in parts,
but I stil quite enjoyed the track.

Buzz.

Key_Secret: it's not really mastered at all - I know that's
part of what I need to work on much more here. (others: the
beginning; the second part needs to not start the same way
as the first; the end needs to be more unlike the middle;
the bass sounds a bit stupid)

Somewhat improved version.

FUN FACT: I ate chocolate/pear cake while making that.
Memorize this information, impress your friends!

I listened to the first one. I do agree that the "mastering"
or whatever isn't perfect, like the drums and melody were
made then a dusty filter was placed on everything. The sound
quality sounds like strange software was used, and effects
like the very end were cool, seems like maybe reaktor or
something - something that controls the sound directly. The
starting chords were good, but the melody on top of them
didn't fit "perfectly". The percussion could have been much
better if that dusty filter wasn't there and parts were
more... accentuated and visible/ weirdified/ panned
strangely (like come2 daddy stuff basically).

This is fucking excellent. I really mean it. Fuck me this is
fucking good.
FUCK! Another person who's talents I'm jealous of!

Keep this up man. I'd love to hear more stuff.

Should've read the whole thread really. didn't listen to the
re-mastered one.

This track is a keeper.
