i was at that nottingham show last year (i'm sure parts of it feature on the ultravisitor lp). saw tom hanging around chatting to folks at the end while i had a pint with one of my mates. also saw tom sititng about having a drink with some people after the warp/sinfonietta show in coventry. he pushed no one. |

Thing is, if I was held in high regard I'd expect it, and I'd like it. Every artist I've ever spoken to and congratulated for their music, without exception, has been really pleased (or at least that's what it looked like from their facial expressions). So it's a toss up between: A) Tom Jenkinson is an anomaly and is actually a massive wanker. B) You were being a total cunt about everything. C) He'd had a really shit day (ie. something really depressing had happened.) D) The whole thing was a huge misunderstanding on both of your parts. |
