Goodie. And Square Window IS the best track he has released
this year, innit?
I was kinda disappointed when I realised that this was
included if you bought the record in normal shops. Very
un-exclusive.

I'll disagree on the Square Window being the best track
BUT I whole heartedly agree with the fact this is a
good CD :) A nice little coda to the album.

Admittedly you haven't mentioned the CD being good but in
starting a thread I'm assuming you like it :D

Yep. At least for the first couple of weeks. The three first
songs are very good. The two last ones, are...funny?

this album is squarepusher at his finest - coupled with his
breezeblock set.

It has all then ingredients we love about his music and yet
still meaintains the flow of a solid disticnt album:

Twisted jungle, driving melodies, bass noodlings, distorted
drums, false starts/stops, stretched out vocals, jazzy
percussion, and just an unstopable energy.

i'm not that caught with this album...i expected a whole lot
more.
i like the fact that it's a self portrayed album recorded in
the manner of live act.
stuff that i don't like about it is that tracks float too
much.

all in all, yeah the album is okej, maybe cos i like jazz.

do you think that track Andrei is the most medieval sounding
stuff from squarepusher?

I like the track Square Window a lot, and I like Talk anout
you and Me. Square Window makes me think of pushing Pomme de
terre and saying "Noooooooooo" in a very timestretched
voice.
