I really feel Like I can fly, float around in the room.
This is the greatest feeling ever. no drug can beat it, and
this will only do good to my body!
Woooooooooooooooooooooow.

ok. I ended my waterfasting today, and I just sipped some
freshly squeezed (unpastheurized of course) juice.

And I feel awesome totally great!

I broke the waterfast on the 5th day. I felt like I could go
longer (your strength go up and down during fasting), but
it's really boring drinking nothing but water (plus I need
extra energy for my schoolproject I need to finish tonight).
The juice is a freshly squezeed, unpastheurized (but
store-bought), Orange-Strawberry juice.

Yeah I hear you buddy.. I'm in my 7th day of my potato-chip
fast. My fingers have actually pruned up and wrinkledfrom
the grease in the chips! I think I'll have my transient
moment soon.

what's NPR?
fasting is awesome... I do it about once per season. Not
because I want to do it once per season, but that's about as
ofthen as I feel like doing it. Juicefasting is a lot nicer,
but waterfasting is 'stronger'. A friend of mine fasted for
100 days once, switching between weeks water, but mostly
weeks of juice.

heh the longer I've been a rawfoodist the more food tastes
less good than I imagine them to do. Sometimes (e.g. when
drinking) salty snacks such as chips are tasty. But
genereally I prefer french fries. If I want to eat something
salty, on an ordinary day, I buy some bread (not as boring
as it sounds, it's not regular bread, and I do put things on
the sandwhich) or a pizza (vegetarian of course). But you
can actually make most food in a rawversion, even chips. Me
and my raw-buddy is going to try raw-chips soon. E.g. raw
"pizza" (only raw vegetables fruit on it - the bread is made
out of carrots and stuff) tastes great.

In the long run, staying away from cooked food, and then
breaking the pattern by eating cooked food - you feel a
sortof "burnt"/"dead" taste to it. This may sound really
weird, but it's like giving up smoking - when you smoke you
don't think much about how awful it tastes, but when you
haven't done it for a while and decide to do it you may feel
the bad taste.

that juice made you a little tipsy, didn't it?

no... what I write may sound weird for people with other
experiences than me (= almost everybody, since few people
are rawfoodists, or have tried out rawfood for a long period
of time to feel the difference)... What I write is the way
it is, and although you may be able to understand my point
of view, you will never know until you try it out
(for a long enough period... I've been [90%] 'raw' for 1.5.
years).

look... I am not saying that I only eat e.g. chips when I
drink, but it is true that most times e.g. chips tastes
better in my imagination than in real life...
