How many CDs have you bought just "on impulse", and how often do you find that you do this?
I find that I'm always buying albums on a whim, it's a great way to discover new artists and stuff. That's how I discovered "Brothomstates" as an example...

i usually find other forms of putting albums onto my computer
you see, my computer has an excellent sound system, so i play all of my music on it
yes
unless of course i can't find an album online (which is rare), then i'll buy it

If I ever catch up with all the music I want to buy, maybe then I would.

all the time... I also love having my first listen on actual CD (or vinyl, but I don't buy any vinyl at the moment cuz I haven't got anywhere to play it)...
yep, many buys. There is this purchase I've been waiting to do for 3 years now (or more, heh) that I'll do when I get my cash the 23rd... but that's not very impulse I guess.

never... i always try to find reviews/sound samples/etc.
well, once i did buy a cd in impulse - but then i didn't open it and eventually i took it back to the store for an exchange after searching for stuff about it on the internet o_O

sometimes it is on half-impulse though, for example just listening to it in the shop.... (most of the time it's not enough to get an idea.)

normally i like to hear samples or read reviews.
