it's time for my weekly college radio program.. this one's
sure to be a good one. thanks to the many people who
listened last week! it was cool having a thread reach almost
100, just like back in 2002.

today i'm playing brand new music from N.E.R.D., El-P,
Madvillain, Cee-Lo, and Squarepusher, oldies from Marvin
Gaye, Coil, and Polygon Window, requests for DJ Shadow, Dave
Gahan, and Amon Tobin, plus Xltronic's own Fat Kaimo (hei),
Prefuse 73, Kanye West, Cex, NIN, DJ Krush, Hood, Air, etc.

begins at 4 PM EST (9 PM in the UK), ends 2 hours later

*** streaming audio link here (Windows Media Player required) ***

anyone who can prove they're listening gets a personal
shoutout on air

so yea, starts in 30 minutes. hi pomme! *says something
titsworthlike*

hi! i just ran into dozens of titsworth laden topics while
searching for kool keith opinions:) you should do it, too,
there's a fair amount of sarcasm in those threads which is
likely to make you chuckle.

i'll listen to your show if i don't forget to. i was
wondering whether you were still doing those. i'll have to
get media player first, tho :(

Netlon check out this news i just found and am going to
upload to my f2k site:

HipHopSite (4/6/04) posted this news, "look for Kool Keith
and H Bomb's (AKA Jacky Jasper) 7th Veil, which features
cameos from Jewel, Flavor Flav (Flav and Keith on the same
track should be interesting, to say the least) and Mr. Smack
a Bitch, Ike Turner. Some production will be added by Lench
Mob's Chilly Chill. 7th Veil will be accompanied by a bonus
disc, which dabbles in Keith's other fetish (besides
rhyming) XXX porn."

"i'm lovin' it" (c) mcdonald's

what do you think? i know you had the "retarded hard copy"
version so it must be nice not to hear the robot voice every
few seconds

btw i should note that the requests are for dj xammax/svalx,
lecoeur, and kochlear, respectively

on in 10 minutes, be sure to click the pinkish boombox in
the link above to get to the streaming page

=)

I thought you had left us for good or something .

I will listen for sure.

The Madvillain album is my favorite album together with
Syndrones "salmataxia" 2004 so far.

I love it! Got the vinyl the other day. Such a good album.

Sido: I thought salmataxia was quite bad.

hmm i wonder why.. a lot of people are hailing it as a
classic

it's my first full length from MF Doom though (well i have
operation doomsday on mp3)

madlib is proving to people he can make rugged bangers (with
jaylib and some of these tracks though most of it is usual
madlib IMO)

guess i could have warned people about the heavy beats in
the very beginning....? i like it anyway. do the crooked
booty, andre 3000 said.

i love taping swipes at this school.. "don't miss your
chance to root for goliath"

basically the yankees are the american baseball team who win
almost every year because they are filthy rich and can
afford the best players. yankees fans are morons for
bragging about their team, like the teams all have an equal
shot at the championships.

i heard the yankee's are paying some DOOD $112 million and
the rest are getting A LOT less like in the single digit
millions.....i'd feel like a marked man if i were getting
the $112 mil.....they said they are the richest team in
baseball hauling in $423million a season.....DAMN

love this prefuse!!!!

ok pomme! mayyyybe i will. i like mf doom's rapping on this
album a lot. it's tight and clever.

kochlear i'm playing "your song, this one's for you... i
hope you don't mind..."

y'all requested some longass songs btw (amon near 6 min,
shadow over 7)

leco what's the story behind that? lawsuit? over what? weird
one guy is getting so much more, definitely makes him a
marked man.

sido, try closing the program and restarting the stream.

it was some question a reader asked....i think in last weeks
PARADE...they asked how they can afford to pay this one
YOUNG dood.....i think he's from south america some where?
so much money....and they said something like their payroll
is like $200 million (he's making $112) of dat....so go
figure what the rest are making ... pittance.......YIPES.
it's just unbelievable what someone can make for being able
to hit a baseball.....or catch one...whatever!!!

where do i sign up for the LADIES LEAGUE!!! ehheheheh

this DJ is soo VERRY!

i bet the other players are living it up though compared to
the rest of the MLB... anyway, the yankees straight suck,
professional sports is a joke too (being paid millions to
play a game, while teachers make $20 thou or less?)
