To be honest. I had no idea waht it would do. I was fiddling
with something at work and that was part of the code. The
bizarre thing is that the refresh doesn't happen on the
intranet page I was fiddling with. That's what confused me.
I also have no idea which post is doing it. I'm assuming
it's one of the blank ones.

Have you clicked the delete folder button?

We want to put some substantial funding behind this crucial
piece of
equipment and get a unit that will work well in all the
usage scenarios we
can imagine, thus not be needing replacement, nor will a
channel card
"going down" take the unit itself out. Our first choice at
the time was a
Crest Audio XR20, a 20-channel mixer with 100-mm faders, 4-
band EQ, mic
preamps on all channels, XLR connectors on all primary
inputs and outputs
plus 1/4' TRS inputs for "inserts", and 6 aux busses for
flexible usage.
Any bad card can be removed for repair and/or replaced
without taking the
cover off in a short period of time, and there is expansion
capability for
whatever future use we might want to make of it. Retail -
$2200, street
price should be ~$1600, we think; we'll get several quotes
on our whole
"package" to ensure the best price
