You suck harder than your momma on rent day.

however your music is a different matter...a lovely mellow
as fuck, straight on my playlist effort that will go down in
history as being one of my best chill tunes off the net.

I love you horsefactory.

Your friend

It's a very nice track. I started making melody like that
too (constant tones rather than fading out) if forced you to
make sure all notes playing simultaneously sound good
together. Prawner is about equally good I think, although it
sure chops up the mp3 when I'm on the internet for some
reason. When it did work, I remember the melody sounding
strangely over-loopy for awhile, but was otherwise great.
Melody dog didn't seem like it would do anything great at
the start, but it evolved to an emotionalish very nice
piece. Let me know if you want to play with the fractal beat
idea. I've made a recent augmentation which effectively
constantly shuffles the percussion so that it's virtually
always a different arrangement.

Do you have your tracks uploaded at a specific webpage? I
have already listened to the ones at zebox but the IUMA ones
come too slowly...

I would really like to have a look at that. Did you say it
was in modplug tracker?
Or is it some kind of gooble device?

i have to add that it reminds me of Heros Quest 3!

haha, thanks! I can definitely see it suiting that scenario.
As for the hero's quest 3 thing, a lot of people say that my
music reminds them of some game or another. I suppose it is
because I spent most of my childhood playing computer games
and this must come through in my songs. I guess this gave it
a nostalgic quality for you. It is the memory dog after all.

have you played the heros quest (quest for glory, as some
people call it...)- games?

I love the old sierra adventures. I've played the king's,
space, and police quests. Probably encountered hero's quest
somewhere along the line but i can't remember it that well.

quest for glory1

2

3

4

i can recommend all of them except 4. they started loosing
the grip in 3, but it is still playable. 4 is a
"3D-adventure," and it is BULLSHIT!

Horsefactory you beauty, you've done it again! I like your
nice 'simple' style of putting sounds together.

I get a sense of clockwork motion when listening to this
track, almost as if 'the memory dog' looks like a sort of
'clock' with all the parts showing.

Lovely melody, one of my favourites from you so far.

The beat is made up of samples I recorded and played around
with. The two synths are a pair of ghosts that I trained to
sing. No hardware at all other than the stuff I used to
record the samples (knife, cup, desk.) It was all done in
cubase.

maybe. Or email me at iannollAATThotmailDDOOTTcom zorg.

doomed puppy: if you only want to try one,
"telefonteltelashmix2" is the most weird and "fractally".
It's at iuma.com under "wmw".

I liked this track. I cant believe it took me this long to
actually open this thread. It was locked and i couldnt find
the combo-nation!!!

But right then i remembered it was 34-04-16-33-22!

How could i have forgotten!!?? After opening this box there
was a song and a small woodchuck inside. I took them both
and watched the song systematicly eat the woodchuck! It WAS
CRAZY!!!

The song worked quite nice! I liked it
i'd give it a 827/993.77
