yes.. i never really followed that thread, but it did seem like a way of legitimising soft porn. the thing that amused me was the disclaimer at the start which said that any kind of ass (male or female) could be posted.. now, i didnt look through all one-thousand-and-something entries.. but i didnt seen an abundance of male bums. which leads me to believe that xlt is largely male/lesbian dominated. or if there are a lot of women lurking around here.. they are 'typical' females in that they are not as visually stimulated as men + thus don't feel compelled to dedicate an entire thread to the nudity of the opposite sex. |

it's not just a matter of how many pics were posted, everytime someone goes into that thread it takes a lot of bandwidth to download all the pics to your pc. Now think of the hundreds of times that you alone have done this in a week and multiply that by about 50 (people). |

isn't there a 'cache' in IE, where they're saved in a folder so you won't have dl them everytime you view the thread? i use the Opera browser, and it doesn't seem to 'cache' the pictures. is it same with IE? |

I don't really think that doing that is within Phobiazero's line of thinking for this site. Sure its fun and the pics are great, but I think links to sites where the pics are is sufficient, as opposed to individuals posting entire series of pictures. I think its called taking liberties :) |

No, I am saying that the pictures need to be taken off the forum as Ceri JC thinks that people could be linking to them externally i.e there is a bigger drain on xltronic from unworthy outsiders. My idea was for the pics to be moved (instead of deleted which would upset the randy members) to the gallery where only members can view them thus cutting down bandwidth usage from outsiders. |
