Somebody once told me that when you sneeze it is because
your skeleton is trying to jump out of your body and run
away. Others have said that if you do not sure your eyes
when you sneeze your eyes will fall out of your face. Why do
we sneeze?

to expel things that your body rejects i guess... a bit like
diarrhoea and vomiting (but much less uncomfortable)...
well, i think : )

When you sneeze you briefly fall into a coma.

True.

technically we sneeze because its our body getting rid of
dust and such, expelling the unwanted.

for me i think its something more evil

and yeah ive always wondered about keeping your eyes open
while sneezing.... BAM goes your eye balls.

your eyeballs can come out but it'd have to be a pretty hard
sneeze to do it.

You can punch an eyeball out of someones head. You ned to
crack their cheekbone when you do it. It's quick sickening
to see.

you sneeze at over 100mph.. the pressure to expell stuff
from your body at that speed has to come from somewhere. to
try + keep your eyes open hurts so i guess its entirely
pheasible that they could be pushed fwd out of their
sockets.

hmmm yeah, and if they didnt flop outta your head iam sure
there would be a strain of somesort on them. bad.. like
bruising or something?

If you kick someone in the back of hte head their eyes can
come out of the socket.

Maybe your eyes would be expelled from your head at 100mph,
a speed which would surely propel them around the entire
Earth, giving the person an amazing view of the entire
planet. Eventually your eyes get back to where they started,
and because of the way you have positioned yourself they
land back in their sockets perfectly. The only problem you
have now is that your eye-cord (sorry I do not know the
correct term) has been stretched to something like 25,000
miles long and is wrapped around the planet.
