Just read this hilarious and frightenly informative book.
The facts are all there in print to see.

I urge all Americans to read this book then vote out Bush
and co. and make the world a safer and fairer place for us
all!

not all is true, because some are the author's opinions but
a lot of the book has been very well researched and is based
on facts.

3'000 Americans were killed on Sept 11, 15'000 Iraqi's were
killed in the first few days of the war... something doesn't
sound right there.

I think you'll find that the revised figure is around the
1800 mark, not the 3000 first bandered about. Still a lot of
people. Not all American.

3000 seems to be the number stuck in the pysché.

Back to the topic: I wonder if his next movie 'Fahrenheit
911' will make the screens before next years election? If as
many people see that as read the book then it might just
have an influence on the vote.

Love Chad.

Moore has put a year's worth of research into the film.
He'll finish it in time to be submitted for Cannes, 2004,
and released in time for the presidential election that
fall.

looks like it'll be out before the next election.

I have my own business. Why would I vote democrat? Just to
give all my money to some huge beaurocracy? I'm for small
government. Vote Libertarian. Besides, Moore is a
sensationalist. It's entertaining, but I don't trust him.

If you wanna cast your vote purely on economic principles,
the US had an unprecedented period of sustained growth
under... *drum roll*... Clinton!

statement is just ignorant. Just say "I dont vote because
I'm lazy and ignorant and like to take my fuckings laying
down"

People have no business voting Republican unless they have
more than $100K a year disposable income. You say you have
your own business? Wouldn't you like to be able to afford
health care for your workers or at least some affordable
medication? affordable unemployment insurance? Maybe see
Rupert Murdock and other huge corporations pay their fair
share of taxes so the small businessman can have a chance?
Between the taxation fallicy and the moral majority, there
have been more well-meaning people brainwashed by the
Republican Party~ Libertarians? Why not just piss into the
wind?

I agree with you godataloss. Too many loopholes for the
ultra-rich, but voting Democrat won't solve anything. They
like to bloat government. Give people more jobs that serve
no purpose. There are people that show up to work and do
absolutely nothing. Just showing up is their job. It's
sick. They try to bolster their positions by creating their
own constituency through pandering to the down and out. They
want them to stay right where they are. I think
privatization of healthcare is the ticket. If we can make it
automatic and easy to sign up. The bitch about privatization
versus national healthcare is it requires responsibility to
research it for yourself. If everyone got signed up easily,
automatically the prices would be dirt cheap. That way we
don't lose the incentive that goes with capitalism....
research & development
