I have removed the lyrics and added new material to my
track Antarctca Vs The World... the resultant track, Last
Ship To Antarctica is available for download here!

Feedback, as per usual, is massively appreciated.

'Tis good, dweller of the frozen wastes!

I thought it was going to go into a glitch version of
Barber's adagio for strings at one point early on :)

I like this- very good stuff, gimme a shout if you'd like me
to remix it.

Merry Christmas Marlowe and like I said to Teapot, bump this
in a few days so more people can hear it.

i really like this track - some beautiful melodies - really
emotional in some parts.

the production is excellent - everything flows smoothly and
fits in place perfectly.

another great job paul!

Aww you guys is sweet :D Ceri - sure you can remix it - I
can zip up the old wav files and give em to you on slsk or
something - or host them on my angelfire site...

...my next track will be a humble and lowkey synth solo
(maybe a little more) called "Song of The Lonely Penguin",
track 3 in my new "Antarctica or Bust" Ep! :)

can sort something out, cheers. I look forwards to working
on it. It's not jungle, but it's a track at last :D

The problem is that i dont remember the name.

I remember describing it as "a slow motion drug induced
rampage" in the thread.

I am going to have to weave through my almost 5000 posts to
find out!

Thanks for sharing paul once again great work!

thanks! sounds like you listened to Antarctics Vs The
World... Did you listen to the instrumental realisation,
Last Ship to Antarctica? I think I prefer that one--nicer
and clearer melodies :)

I love this track more and more. It reminds me of the Warp
10+3 compilation for some reason. There is a track on that
similar flavour...but I can't for the life of me remember
the name or who did the remix :D

Thanks James -- People do say I have a unique musical
style.. I can kind of see that sometimes.. my sequencing is
certainly sometimes somewhat unusual I guess... mostly I
don't know tho :D

thanks for the listen!

Asked ferran opinion I was like...

Kinda tipsy, feeling fruity. First impressions were
colliding styles but mainly a fine line between deliberately
lo-fi thin sounding effects and turning those into something
substantial. As I'm not familiar with music making programs
I'm never sure what's down to the person or the system but I
usually like 75% of your effects.

2nd listen: The melody - which almost breaks into the
classical 'Platoon' symphony - is surprisingly disturbed by
your most blatant glitchesque beat yet. It's augmented by a
more typical pfs synth. Then the archetypal weirdness sets
in :)

The build up in the second half of the track for me leads up
to the sort of "wah"ness of the lead melody pretty well. The
effect works well with the tune but I'm not sure if this is
less substantial than your previous work or looser and
tougher to grasp. I love the way the ending seeps in,
circling right back to the beginning. In fact I think that's
my fave part. Can you remix 'Platoon' for me? :D

Overall an interesting diversion from what was a fucked up
project in the first place. I would type more but I'm gonna
get killed now
