That is a very good point. The skam website only says
ae, but I first read it at boomkat (here), which
says this:

This 6-tracker has been a long time in the making, now
finally released in an individually numbered edition limited
to 1000 copies ONLY for the world and featuring exclusive
remixes from : Autechre, Snd, Ryo Co, Nick Birmingham (Dummy
Run), Made and the mysterious Hottroche. The ecclectic
lineup works to explore the at times crunchy and at times
pixelated faces of the Team - ranging from the almost
steppin' vibe of Autechre's brilliant opener, to the sparse
twinkling keys and edits offered up by Snd, to the vocal
chop-up beat haemorage of Made's reworking, to Birmingham's
hyperactive splice orgy and beyond. This is the first
individually numbered release from Skam (if memory serves us
right) - the Autechre mix ensuring this will be filed into
the collectable slot virtually overnight. Be very quick.

Of course they could have made a mistake.

it used to. but there is also another group that calls
itself ae. this from sonig:

'ae' is a musical outfit consisting of Andrew Sharpley on
electronics (Stock, Hausen & Walkman, Dummy Run, Mami Chan
band a.o.) and Emiko Ota on drums and percussion (Urban Sax,
Mami Chan Band, etc.). Formed in 1998 , the group started as
a kind of trash electro-punk duo with shouting. The addition
of Noel Akchoté (Rectangle a.o.) the next year found them
forcing themselves to clean their act up a bit and attempt
more traditional song structures. After this, æ hopped onto
the musical elevator again. 'Bootleg', their great upcoming
album on sonig, is a mixture of laptop based rythmic cut
ups, shouty punk collages and a return to the sweeter more
melodic stuff.

Just checking mate. I'm glad it's really the Autechre. Still
tempted by this. Is it worth breaking my no record buying to
get?

i would like to apologise unreservedly for calling the made
remix "a steaming pile of dog
shit". i was not reading the tracklisting correctly.

I aim the insults firmly at the Birmingham remix.

My sincere appologies to Made
