i have serious problem - my printer is printing only test
sheets. the socendary light is still lightening - i dont
know why. i just switched it on, and the problem occured. I
have done everything - i changed ink , re-instelled,
switched off from power, from comp - nothing. help

drivers were updated. i'vew waited for 3 weeks - there is
no such problem in hp serice book , no such problem in
windows help.

i'll tell you more - i've switched it off from computer
port- it didnt stop .

no, theres no documents in queue, ive checked, theres no
document in queue at all !

im guessing its on a local port instead of network, id just
totally disconnect, delete driver, get updated driver from
hp's site, then complete re-install, if youve already done
all this uuumm flatten it!

on some hp models - if you power it on holding down the main
button - on the laserjets its the green one - it should do a
"cold reset" and restore it to factory settings
