I've taken the 32kbps stream down, the tech guy will have to
look at that. The 64kbps is fine.

I've tried to connect each time but I can't. Maybe it's
because I'm on dial-up. I get broadband in a couple of weeks
so that should hopefully solve it :)

Yeah, you won't be able to connect with dialup given that's
56kbps and our stream is ~64kbps.

There was a ~32kbps stream, but right on cue it's stopped
working when my tech guy is away for teh weekend ;)
