Weird, I'm listening to it, too. :)

I think it's his most cohesive electronic album. I like it a
lot, as well.

By far his best in my mind, and in my top 10 of all time,
electronic-wise.

Can he do another one? Tough fuckin' act to follow. If that
''new'' track last week, the longer one, is any indication,
then no.

there isnt a bad track on this album
highlights for me:
-i wish you could talk
-my red hot car
-go!spastic
-greenways trajectory
-tommib
-my fucking sound
-plaistoe flex out

hehe, not many left there...

I liked it at first, but time has taken it's toll. There are
some good tracks on there... but too much repetition as far
as the sounds are concerned. I didn't used to like him much
at all but I've recently been getting into his older
albums... all of which I prefer.

I have heard a new track and it is much in the same style as
go plastic, not a bad track though but i was hoping for
something different.

my least favorite of his albums, but tommib makes it shine
anyway.

I heard the 20 second clip and I thought that was pretty
nice. Never knew of another one, though...

Amazing album indeed... but his best? No... i still think
Hard Normal Daddy is his best. Go Plastic comes 2nd :-)

I don't really like My Red Hot Car, but after that it's all
fantastic. I remember when i first got it i could hardly
listen to it because it was too chaotic. It didn't make any
sense to me. But now... it's incredible, i love it!

I LOVE that little jazzy track... I hope that's legit.

The 4 minute one sounds like a retread of Go Spastic... I
hope it's fake or some sort of leftover he played live or
something. Totally uninspriring to me.

It's fabulous, the structure of the album is genius. So many
good tracks, and they all keep going for a nice long time
without losing your attention. I think the reason Chocolate
Wheelchair is so good is because it has some likeness to
this.

Points: 9939 Status: Regular

What is the matter with you people!
*breaks down and thumps the table*
It is the worst album ever made! It isnt the least bit funks
or interesting or emotional or catchy or inspired, its just
some percussion and a few effects, for a whole album. Play
me any track and i couldnt tell you what one it is because
they are all identical. Its so empty theres no warmth there
at all, and not in that cool experimental way. And the short
tracks are just tom trying to be boc, but hes not, they are
so out of place and pointless. Even the front cover is crap!
Some guy with his face all blurred and shadowy, what the
heck is that!
Screw you guys im going home.

haha...I was just about to type everything Bob McBob typed.
I thought this album was one of his weakest for the reasons
mentioned above (empty percussion, no real warmth). Music
Is Rotted One Note is my favourite of the pushers, followed
by his earlier word (HND an Big Loada), Go Plastic was just
an average retreading of his older work.

Again though, I guess when you got into Squarepusher or
electronic music in general will effect the way you view
this album.

I remember the day I bought the album (the day it came out).
I put it in my personal CD player while walking and was
intensly disappointed with what I heard.

i also have dyksp? and feed me weird things, and i was
disappointed with them as well (tho i did like f-train,
anstromm feck4 and smedleys melody)....i have given up on
him as a maker of drill n bass (or whatever you call it) but
im still a little curious about his jazzy work, if i can
ever find a shop that sells them.

I like Feed Me Wierd Things, didn't really like DYKSP
although it was a bit better than Go Plastic in some ways,
and even worse in others.

It's funny, that these days if I fancy listenening to any of
his stuff it is normally his slower stuff, Iambic 5 poetry
is getting quite a bit of play now.

its 18 against 5 in favour of those that seem to like
it...that says it all :)

it cant be really compared to boc...cos its much better :)

its is really rich with different ideas which are put
together excellent...and it sounds fucking awesome!

I don't put Go Plastic on for the emotional content, cause
yeah, it's mostly just percussion really... but damn, I do
think it's pretty funky, it's an insane way... and the bass
parts are so cool, gives it a real reggae feel... and hey,
you have I Wish You Could Talk which IS an amazingly
beautiful song... great great album!
