nice stuff man! Have you heard of micromusic? very cool site , with hundreds of 8 bit influenced tracks , featuring rephexs artists as lectrogirl and cylob. Bet they'll like it over there. About your track, it's fun..the melody is a litlle bit grating imho + the beatprogramming didn't make me do shouts james brown style, but it fits the track , so thumbs up! :-) |

alright two more up - OH SNAP is even more tense breakcore - the beats and samples get a bit more psychotic than usual. ill gorilla however, is an electro/acid meets granular noise track - pretty groovy. |

well the melodies took a good while cause i made them with NCH Tone Generator, so i had to calculate each freq - the melodies were a good hour or so, the drums probably an equal amount of time, and then perhaps an hour or so for production. in the end, probably 2 to 3 hours overall total, but i'm probably over-exaggerating also. thanks for listening - i'll be checking out yours in a bit. |

melody - NCH tone generator (freeware, sound at its most raw - squares, triangles, sawtooths, all that fun stuff) drums - hammerhead (basic sequencing) microsoft sound recorder - breakcore cut-ups, mixing and editing, some loop construction yes, you heard me. it's easy to do if you're good at ze maths. |
