there has been some discussion over a possible lawsuit that may have stemmed from rdj's unauthorized use of samples from a bbc documentary (eg children talking, everyday). i wonder if there is some legal barrier to hab's rerelease. as it stands, i believe that if they were going to be rereleased, they would have been rereleased by now. |

That would also explain why these tracks never get rereleased seprately on compilation albums,because most of his other tracks have done so at some point. |

He he, I can't remember who it was, but one of the Ninja Tunes artists when talking about the issue of sample clearence made the very valid point that if you have a TV license you should be allowed to sample all BBC made programs as you paid directly for them :) Naturally, this legally isn't the case at all, but it'd be nice if it was. |
