Nes,
Megadrive,
Gameboy.

They work together now though, sega are doing the arcade
version of F-zero :)

Nintendo's got them beat on all fronts, but that's not to
slight Sega. They were heavy hitters too. But wildly
inconsistent. 32X? Whuddafluck?

I miss Sega being one of the hardware heavyweights... I
don't have an emotional attachment to Sony. :_-(

Nes
Genesis
They both sucked : |

I can't beleive that a lot of you IDM guys don't like the
genesis music. Seeing as it uses all FM synthesis which if
you look around is the back bone of IDM. lol !

Genesis { Sonic }

Game Boy { You can actually play it for more than half and
hour without the batteries dying }

The Nintendo Master System
The Snegadrive
The GearBoy

SNK had them licked all the way...I loved the Neo Geo my
mate stole from an import shop...even though he only had
king of the fighters for it.

Yeah like that "Mario Plumbs Luigi Up The Waste Pipe"...that
was a real gay game, like the rest of the 3/4's.

nintendo games are too "kiddie" i like blood and gore and
shooting people. intense games. granted sega does not do it
for me that either. Conkers Bad Fur Day on N64 is one of my
all time favs.

nes, snes, game boy. i like sonic but im not gonna get a
console that has just 1 good game. i still use my b&w game
boy all the time, ill be deep in the cold cold ground before
i recognise anything sony has done.

Nintendo had really good marketing thats all.

If sega had a few more million it would have been the top
system.

I think what really did sega in was there was a point where
sega just kept making Nintendo knock off games. Soon the
sega market was flooded with really shitty "Character"
games.

although the genesis has one of my favorite RPG's of all
time: the sword of vermillion. that game was just
awesome...i'm not really sure why. and i was always really
fond of the music in ecco the dolphin. =]

actually, yeah. genesis had some great sounds happening in
some of it's games. very different from nintendo stuff.
*shrugs*

Yeah, there were some cool games for that system that I've
never got to play. Hideo Kojima's Snatcher and Sonic CD
among them. And the Eternal Champions sequel, damn that was
one underrated fighting game!

and supernintendo (in the last 5 years)

nintendo is just a better over all videogame company.

now dreamcast vs. n64 would be a different case
