Depression...

...is not fun. :(
Sorry. Pretty gratuitous, thread really. Consider it my
scream into my own little virtual e-paperbag.

Just take a look at my tree.

Christ how lame. What do I expect? Loads of random people
asking me why I have the blues? Like that would help
anything. Fucking pathetic. Sorry about this. One of those
posts you instantly regret. Don't answer the thread. Someone
kill it.

recently I found out (though my psychiatrist) that I have
had an ongoing depression for ruffly 10 years :(
the reason why I recently quit my job

compiling the xltronic vibes and making music in general
makes me happy though :)

some day there will be some help for us that really works.
I'm too tired of falling back into drugs again.
some day we'll rest and wake up rested.
I'm too tired of spending my life in a artificial world of
dreams and anxiety.
some day...

everyone is in some ways depressed. some people are more
depressed than others. when i think that everyone else is
depressed too, it makes me cheer up a little cuz (this is
selfish) at least im not alone. its okay for you to post
stuff like this, cuz everyone can empathize with you and its
always nice to talk to people who are going through the same
thing.

Had the same thoughts for ages, but the death of a guy I
knew redently, changed my perspective. I dunno - I think I
imagined that when you died people would relly think about
you, I mean, like really think. But they don't. And those
people that REALLY know you, just get sad.
So I leave death to fate from now on.

Damn - everyone's down at the moment! Even me and I never
normally get depressed.
I get anxiety myself - Got all these quirks since I stopped
smoking - Can't stand in line at a store, don't do traffic
jams, etc... It's pretty bad!
Being down sort of balances me out a little to be honest.

no cos it reminds me of how he died. alone and neglected for
ages. i went to a film menorabilia auction at christies (not
to buy anything) and they were selling off his prop clothes.
depressing. didn't go for much either.

I love Beat Takeshi's movies cos they make death look sort
of beautiful and artistic - Helps a me a lot when I'm
down/contemplative.

i'm ashamed to say that for me the reasons aren't nearly as
drastic. a natural depressive tendency triggered/enhanced by
not enjoying my long distance relationship (the long-distant
part of it, obviously). :(

i was in a car accident a little over a year ago, and a lady
was killed. i was speeding and went off the road onto a
gravel driveway and went through a building. the building
was made of aluminum siding so i went through it pretty
easily and hit a lady sitting at a desk. for six months i
seriously wished i would die. i didn't want to kill myself
cuz that would be ultimate disrespect to that woman, but i
just felt like i deserved to die. im still not the same
person, but ive come to realize that no matter what you do
bad things will always happen, but also good things. i
decided that this woman could be the reason for me to turn
my life around and become an awesome person. i stopped
feeling like shit and picked myself up and dedicated my
accomplishments to this woman. it wouldn't mean much to
someone else but at least it gives me a reason to want to go
on. you should look for something like that. theres gotta
be something that you can hold on to for inspiration.

" become an awesome person."
That made me smile. Thanks.

nobodies problems are ever insignificent. don't compare
your life to others, cuz then you'll get confused on what
kind of person you are.

point of wanting to die.

I really hope you guys start to feel better, however far
away it seems right now.

Naw seriously. I`ve been a wee bit down myself. But yaknow,
if you are naturally an upbeat person, it`s difficult to
wallow in that sort of pity for too long.

Feeling much better now. And so should you people. Things
aint that bad yaknow.

"when the weather is bad im despressed" > like
me..... i realized i'm very sensitive to weather...

today was a bad weather day, and university starting day is
getting closer and closer (i just can't bear it)... i have
nothing to do (at least nothing i want to do), all can do is
wait and get sadder and sadder and more and more anxious
while still being bored °_° i just cannot accept it like
that... but there is nothing to do... only ways to escape
this reality which makes me feel bad are to die or to change
myself (changing yourself... you can do it... but never
completely though...), my "problem" is not a "real problem"
it is just life how it is... i wish i had pills to make me
feel good, i'd take them all day!!

yes... the flower is crying... (s)he is all alone, there
are only dead leaves surrounding him/her... (s)he cannot
take this anymore, (s)he is drowning in tears, is closing
her/himself, slowly bending, slowly dying, joining all the
dead leaves around... and with this last flower, all hope in
the world will be gone and we will slumber into darkness and
pain forever...

is that it? : )
