she needs a mix tape for her dance class:

my sister (Tessa) is a professional choreographer, i.e. she
organizes the big dance routines at half time shows at NBL
(National Basketball league) games, which is like the
Australian NBA, and also at NSL (soccer), AFL (aussie
football) NRL (rugby) grand finals.......also in her spare
time she teaches dance classes to the people involved in
these half time shows......

just recently she's been asking me for a mix tape of good
dance music that's "danceable", so she can play it at her
dance classes......so i need a whole pile of song
recommendations, not necessarily ground breaking stuff like
afx, but stuff that has a nice easy beat. keep in mind that
you have to be able to easily dance to this
stuff.....usually she plays shitty pop stuff like Brittany
spears, cause that’s the only stuff she knows. so please
give me all your recommendations

heres what she looks like:

Missy Elliot - Get Your Freak On ..

The rhythm work in that is simply stunning...even now it
still sounds like an a conversation with another,
funk-filled, world....
