I quit ... its fucking tuff. The trick is when ever you want a smoke stimulate yourself somehow. Like grab a bowl of ice cream or something. I use to smoke a pack a day which is way fucking stupid. For the people that dont smoke lay off the people that do they dont want to hear it. If they dont get it they deserve to die. Smoking is great, its great when your hooked, mentally a smoker is more healthy then anyone on earth. I quit just for personal reasons, thought it would be kind of ignorant smoking when your dad is dieing of cancer : P lol |
