soulseek is NOT gone, the web site just changed to
www.slsknet.org

you need to download a new version, or get a patch for your
old one. another way to fix it is to edit your 'host' file
or some such shit. that worked for me, but i don't remember
all the specifics.

soulseek's not probably not going anywhere for a very long
time... idm heads have to stop aggrandizing themselves...
the riaa doesn't give a fuck about people who don't download
their music... and since the vast majority of slsk traffic
is indie... why should they care?

I doubt the RIAA will give half a toss about people
downloading anything that's not on Warner, Elektra, RCA,
BMG, etc etc etc.

By the way, iMesh fucked up my computer big time with all
kinds of adware. I recommend not using it.
