wow, I'd thought you'd have got a good few replies from
Troma fans by now ! I myself made a thread over a year back
about this fantastic company of miscreants! My fave is
probably tied between 'Surf Nazis Must Die', 'The Toxic
Avenger' and 'Redneck Zombies' .. when those rednecks drink
that toxic moonshine and it goes all psychadelic - classic!

Indeed Marlowe. I'm shocked by the apathy on this board.

Let's not forgot the amount of cameos in these films. Billy
Bob Thornton in Redneck Zombies?

Ah, Troma...

My first Tromatic experience was at this Troma festival for
the opening of Citizen Toxie when I was about 14. Everybody
was there- Lloyd Kaufman (the co-founder of Troma Films),
Toxie, the Troma girls, the Killer Condom, that ninja dude,
and a bunch of other cool Troma cats. Me and my friends got
reaaaly stoned before going and viewing the film.

I unfortunately don't remember a whole lot from the
festival, but I do remember laughing at the scene where
these guys drag a black guy behind a pickup until all his
limbs, except his head, fall off. I was the only one in the
theater in tears at this scene. The movie was incredibly
funny and I enjoyed it so much.

The after-party at the theater (it was a sleep-over deal)
was INSANE. Lloyd himself was video taping me and my friends
chilling out, and we were meeting and greeting all the Troma
girls there. Then, the orgasm contest started. The Troma
chick were doing stuff you would see on Howard Stern, but
without the censoring. Another chick stuck a cigarette in
her cooch, and lots of flashing was occuring. Keep in mind,
we were the only little kids at this whole thing, and the
owner of the place soon took notice. We were unfortunately
kicked out but we had an amazing time.

I recently got Class of Nuke Em high on DVD -- I liked it,
but it coulda been better :@ Terror Firmer is a great one,
since all the troma characters come together... it's as near
a Troma version of A New Nightmare as you'll get I imagine
:) They also released "Cannibal! The Musical", which was
done by the two fuckers behind "South Park"

I've seen only 'Decampitated' - have had a huge amount of
fun, and started to laugh whenever I remembered it. It was
hard to fall asleep because of funnie memories - couldn't
quit laughing. When the movie was about to end, I was just
plain tired of laughing. I don't know, if that movie would
have similar effect on me now - it 's been long ago.

musical"... I don't want to mention any other titles now,
but thoose were very funny.

I love the girl who plays Sara in Toxic Avenger 4 - I've
tried to track down some of her other films but it doesn't
look like she's done much.

Canibal! The Musical
Chopper Chicks In Zombie Town
Citizen Toxie: Toxic Avenger 4
Rabid Grannies
Sgt. Kabuki Man, NYPD
The Toxic Avenger
The Toxic Avenger II
The Toxic Avenger III: The Last Temptation of Toxie

i saw canibal the musical and citizen toxie together in the
theatre, where lloyd kaufman was there and answering
questions and what not. toxie's first half hour or so was
AMAZING and then it got really slow and bad. my friend gabe
actually walked out of the theatre shouting "LLOYD KAUFMAN
MUST DIE"

i think i want to see this one for some reason
