They've jacked the price for the one nearest to me by a
whole pound!

(I will still go though. Even though I will be a tired bunny
from the Warp Halloween rave...)

there?

People pronounce it "Smodge face", someone in the Rephlex
office probbaly wrote it the way it sounds by accident.

So many raves, so little time! Looking forward to these, not
sure which one i'll go to, it' be either London, Cambridge
or Leicester. I wonder what stuff he will be playing as
smojphace? Only time i've seen him play under that name was
opening for Bjork in may, im sure people remember hearing
about that?!!

How on earth are any of the promoters running these event
suppose to make any money may I ask?

There appear to be a lot of mugs they've got into to
organise shows/party's. What do they get out of it? Nothing
I would imagine.

tolstoyed,

Don't be a smart arse, I know how it works thats the
problem. As it happens I have, unlike litterally everybody,
been able to run an event at a profit. I'm just questioning
the sanity of people running events for little return
because I've been around the block and running events and
getting anything out of them is nigh on impossible or so it
seems. If you choose to be a child and just sit there in
front of your pc listening to your music for the rest of
your days, thats your choice, however I prefer to engage in
the real world once in a while and find out whats actually
going on - thats how it works.

check the coming up bitz (bitz.it) festival...they started
with great line up and it is now reduced for some nice
acts...i guess there wasnt enough tickets sold, but then
again they also lowered the ticket prices...so it is really
a mistery to me...
