I don't know
email is so lame

email is so,, you know, JOB, CORPORATE

like 12 yrs ago when i first got online, bout 11-12 yrs ago
email was king

you got an email from someone (even in the same state)

and you were EXTASTIC

it was fucking incredible

i was like 9 at the time

id tell me mom i was talking to someone from across
thecuontry, or across the globe

it was fucking incredible

time goes on

big boom

etc

now email is nothing but a corporate task and a "just bought
something ,waiting for order conf"

i no longer get that huge pleasure out of receiving email.

fuck - it was so great back then.

getting an email and actually talking to people across the
globe.

granted i was like 9, so it was a big deal that I was even
TALKING to someone from outa thecountry, but the fact that
itw as email... i dont know, im sure some of you understand,
most wont

wotz Ninja Scroll?

I'm waiting for Andrei Tarkovsky's "Stalker" (cinemaaaaa),
Futurama Season 1 and Peter's Friends (I'm a sucker for that
film..).

also thinking of buying Mike Leigh's "All or nothing"
tomorrow - having a big Leigh period at the moment.

season 1 just dropped sharply in price.. it's now 14.99 GBP,
so that's about 24 dollars.

I'm happy.

I don't know, I'm not much into anime. the only one I liked
was Akira.. (n00b!!)

hehehe

ummm thats the ONLY anime movie i've seen, and i really
liked it.

i'd LOAN ya the DVD if only you didn't live across the world
ya know! =b

the Futurama DVD's were hovering around 30 bucks + but i
feel lucky for getting both for $50. i just love that show,
i wish they were still making new ones. oddly enough i
didn't get into it until ADULT SWIM....after it already had
been cancelled on regular TV.

i ALWAYS get into stuff AFTER they break up, stop making it,
recall it......baaaaaaah

you are right about that!

nothing beats "Alien". "Aliens" is basically a "hero"-story
- lots of heroic deeds by people who we soon see as Our
Heroes. "Alien" is about (more or less) normal people, like
you and me.
