So, me and my sister drove down to the town we grew up in
the other day...

it was fucking surreal...

It used to be a relatively small suburban town... but now...
its just malls and shopping centers everywhich way. I could
barely recognize it... aside from the older buildings... but
like, the trees had all been cut down that where by the main
part of the road... and replaced with townhouses and a mall,
and several shopping centers... and home depots, and
staples, and this and that and etc.

It was so damn trippy. And sad...

Corperations are just devouring america... its sad...

"Corperations are just devouring america... its

Out of context that could seen like you're saying it only
happens in America :P

It's a sad thing that is happening and there seems to be no
way to stop now. :(

well yeah...badly worded...

the world is really turning into those evil empires depicted
in old scifi movies and stuff...

It also happened to the town I grew up in 4 miles from here.
It happens in this city.

I think that is just evolution of a town.
I dislike the building style here in holland, especially the
renewing of old city parts.

Idiots with designer glasses just fuck up a town. :( I get
sad when I see that.

In the northeast of holland we are PLAGUED with roundabouts.
Those circular crossings. Every 100 meters you have such a
shitty thing.

*sob*

I was drunk the other night and got a taxi to the area I
grew up in. It was wierd because after I got out of the
taxi I realised I still live there which was well handy
because I puked in the garden and went to bed.

Chain stores are springing up like weeds all over this
country. If there isn't a Wal*Mart near you, just wait a
few months.

it'll be cool someday when all the trees are gone and we get
to live in huge pyramids like in bladerunner.

so as long as things are just changing everything is
hunky-dorey? Doesn't matter if they change a peaceful
community into a soulless super shopping centre? As long as
it's change?
