I would say he is a totally new artist. Did a search on Discogs but it didn't bring up anything. I suppose its possible this could another guise though so he can sign up to Rephlex. |

this doesn't look like electronic music, but maybe rephlex is trying to expand their style... it looks like he makes new musical insturments. I think this might be a re-release, because according to there was a cd with the same title released on a label called "PangeiArt" (which i have never heard of and cannot be found at allmusic.com) in 2000. |
