its funny... people at watmm still call me zeus, even though
my name there is kcinsu

hehe

oh, and I was thinking about another tattoo... but I cant
figure out of what.

See, the tattoos i have are about my love of music.

but, its being symbolized by traditional means... so I
wanted something that also represented just sound, because I
am just as into sound as music, and not notes...

but i cant think what to get, or where...

people have always said "get a sine wave" but I dont think
it would look good...

anyone have anythoughts?

the left one is the bass clef, and the right one is the
treble clef

they are on staffs, to signify which notes are which...
these are the 2 standard ones...

bass clef is the lower notes, and treble, is higher

well, I hope you weren't going for yin/yang approach with
those...

there's a middle cleff, commonly refered to as either
"middle clef" of "alto clef," this causes the cleffs to be
considered as a trinity (not to mention all the crazy
orientl cleffs, for they have notes between ours), and not a
dualality. you could always but it on our penis...then
whnever you wanked, you could be making "beautiful music."

keep wanking....er i mean, keep making those killer trax!

j/k

What about the Tenor Clef then? That makes it a Quadrology.

not it does not, for the tenor cleff is the less commonly
used term what i described earlier.

anyways, there's a clef that a fith from the bass cleff.
alto, middle, tenor, HANDCUFFS, whatever you wanna call it
it's a fith higher than bass.

offline Zeus from San Francisco (United States) on 2003-07-29 06:54 [#00798010]

yeah yeah, there are several other clefs...

but these are the standard. you dont see the others, except
in special situations, where an instruments range requires
an easier way to read the notes

:-P
