i have talked to evolume, and i will be download all the submissions which have been turned in so far from him in the next few days. then i will start the mix process, and when the final tracks have been submitted, construct the final track. looks like our conclusion is in sight. thanks once again to evolume, who has done priceless work on this project, and whithout whom this wouldve never came to be. |

STATUS REPORT: tonight i mixed all the the tracks that have been submitted into 2 sections, section a and section c (section b is everything not turned in or made yet). all in all, it sounds great. im dead serious, you guys did some amazing work. those of you nervous about your tracks/nervous about the finished product... dont be. this thing turned out to be (so far, and in my own mind, mid you) one of the best and/or THE BEST vibes comp yet. once i get the last few submissions & make my track, ill tie the sections together and send it off to phob. give yourselves all a pat on the back, this is definitely a job well done. |

btw: just in case anyone cares... this thing is definitely gonna be shorter than planned. i added up the times of sections a and c, and it only comes out to 45 minutes. and i really didnt cut anything out. so with the average time for the five remaining tracks added up, it looks like well have about a good round hour long vibes here. but trust me, this thing was worth the wait... this is VERY high quality & VERY varied and experimental in alot of places. |

its hard for people to title a song they havent heard. you dont want a track like that having a silly name. but heres food for thought: * your track is the second one, so maybe somethign involving the number 2. * you come after jAroen's track "its all about being naked" * your track has 3 basic movements, from what i can tell... so maybe something involving that idea of 3's as well. but, its up to you mate, let me know when youve decided. |
