Im I retarded, because I cannot find that fractal thing you
were talking about... I played the... may one I think... and
heard some really great stuff, like the toe tac remix (still
like the original better). Are you going to release a cd
with all the stuff you create and play on groovetech?

Oh my god! That was so awesome!!!

I've read about the odd effects of pointing a videocamera
(which automatically displays what it records on a screen)
at the screen it is displaying on, but have never been able
to do or see the effects myself since I didn't have such a
camera. That is friggin' awesome!

I don't know if you've seen this before, but it's as awesome
as that fractal thing you posted:

http://www.warprecords.com/26mixes/
(just click on the words for it to work.)

Also, lexaunculpt used to have a great site with weird
linked visuals and sounds, but I think it is no longer on
the internet...(?)

jeez, otto von schirach breaks both his legs, your friend
breaks both his arms... I guess autechre and richard devine
had better watch out. He can still use the drug of
videogames provided his fingers work. I've been playing
"hell revealed", an excellent free megawad for doom2. The
levels are artistic compositions really (the creators really
know the medium- paying attention to line of sight and
everything), and really difficult. I have to use a windows
port like legacy or prboom to get it working.

This is the other site I was talking about:

www.peachfuzz.net/lexaunculpt/

However, now it is just a stupid picture of a fetus. At that
site there used to be the 11 letters in "lexaunculpt" and
clicking on each one would result in a new unique flash/
sound/visual thing. It was really awesome. By clicking on
"N" for example, you might find this 3-d rotating odd shape
with changable paramaters. by moving the mouse one
direction, you might change it's size, by moving some other
lever, you change the direction of rotation, by clicking a
button, you make a 2nd out of phase rotating object, click
another button and weird sounds come in that match the
movement etc etc. You could make it into quite weird
hypnotic settings. It's not on the internet anymore thought
it seems. You should check out the track "plus and minus
miss c-bug" by them if you havn't. It's fantastic, much
better than "the blurring of trees" from what I've heard.

T. Hawk... from street fighter?

There are insane doomers out there. There's a site where
people compete to get max kills, 100% secrets, and fastest
time possible in the hardest difficulty in the nearly
impossible "hell revealed" levels. Their times are insanely
fast, I'm still trying to figure out how to play their demos
so I can see for myself.

Watch these awesome fractal animations (someone posted it in
some other fractal thread here and I just found it)

http://xaos.theory.org/animations.html
