Have you swede's noticed that Summer music-compilation cd (it's on TV commercials in Sweden)... I think just about all tracks on that album (atleast the ones they play in the commercial is from the 80s).... |

I really like the 80s... I just watched the movie "A few good men" (on TV3)... It was great... really funny movie, that still was exciting. pretty unique in that matter. It was made in 1992, but it felt very much like the 80s (the photo...) really sweet movie. well the impact of the 80s wasn't over yet, in 1992 there still was nintendo 8-bit (and it was even shown in the movie)... ah... memo-ries :) |

groovy! I'm going back to LKPG tomorrow... and when I'm there I'll be sure to make some happy music after I finnish one remix and one my-aggressive-style track. If I don't do that thoose tracks will just never get finnished ;) I even have a real 80s synth (a Yamaha SY77)... it's the best synth ever in my opinion. It's not really. But it's really easy to just turn it on and record whatever (it's a multi-track synth). anyway I won't use it for the track since I have the synth here in Skövde and I'm going to LKPG, but I also have the "sounds of the synth" on the (NI) FM7 Synth (+ lots of other 80s sounds...) so I can really get that 80s sound to. The drums might be a problem though... what does really 80s drums sound like? I mean I know what they sound like, but do you have any drumbanks I could find useful? |
