Together we, the proletariat can crush the bourgeoisie. Too long have they had free reign to exploit us through captital, minimum wages, privatisation et al. Come join me and crush capitalism. We the people shall prevail. Long live Karl Marx!

My parents are Communists . They used to be politicaly active like hell when i was a kid.
I was helping out handing out flyers and stuff when i was still wearing dipers .
They used to stand in the middle of the town center and sing protest songs , all the other kids knew who my parents where =( It was very uncomfortable.
I don't buy the whole philosophy but im most deffinetly a Leftie yeah! =)

Communism is inevitable.
When global free-market capitalism collapses and leaves us in a state not dis-similar to that portrayed in Mad Max, the *only* way Mankind will survive is through co-operative communism.
Where Tina Turner fits into the equation, I don't know.

just my two cents, but i think both parties who take extreme opinions on either end of communism (ie. the ever-cliched and repeated 'communism is good in theory, not in practice' and the 'communism will prevail b/c the proletariat will win!) basically practice two fallacious habits - 1) that nothing will ever work that has been proposed initially as a theory and 2) that it will eventually work b/c we are a 'progressive' society.
neither extreme has ever proven itself to be successfully true (and in this statement itself, the irony is that i am placing an opinion which in itself is determined, but note, neither a theory-based nor progressive-based), so i think in the broader scheme of things, over-generalizing that it is always bad or always good is never helpful. :)

The levitation technique that David Blaine does isn't very hard and with little practive (and the right shoes/trouser ;) ) you can do it pretty convincingly. I just did it out of the blue when visiting my parents one weekend. I just said, "hey watch this" and did if for a second or so before crashing back down. My Mum saw how it was done as she was sitting in another chair, but let me string my dad along for a bit before she told him how it was done :)

Now now, if everyone knew how to do it, where would the magic be? ;)
People are always reluctant to give away the secret as it's something they search for for ages and don't like the idea of others getting it instantly for nothing in return. A bit like getting a copy of Reason :P
Spend a bit of time on google and I'm sure you'll find the answer, mwahahaha!
