If that were the case, they wouldn't be so fat anymore. A lot of fat people stay fat because they find comfort in eating. And I do admit sloth plays a part...but maybe it is not the only reason. And the fact is that for those that are not lazy, and eat for comfort...they need therapy. And the lazy people would never use a athletic course anyways. Now the health food, and fresh veggies bit of it...I wholeheartedly agree with. |

well why not? :-p Why do you prefer to look at skinny people? It's just a matter of taste i suppose. I just think people with a fuller figure look better. Softer. With people who have little fat on their bodies, you can often make out the bones and the skeleton underneath their skin (like the ribs on their chest, you know)... which i personally don't think is particularly attractive. This does not mean i have a problem with skinny people though. I don't have problems with any kind of people. I just think it's kinda strange that looking thin has become some sort of standard. Like the media is telling us that skinny = beautiful. And when you're not thin, you should be doing something about it. Why? If you're happy with yourself... why should you try to lose weight? I think it's sick the way we're trying to make everyone who's not thin feel guilty about themselves. |
