cool.

Well said, I doubt Phob'll be retiring off a few dozen
t-shirt sales :)

I'd buy a couple of t-shirts. No cap for me though unless it
was a beanie.

is put up...

What would the design look like?

otherwise I wouldn't buy it.

always need a T-Shirrt, and it's not like he's going to
prrofit.

Drools at the thought of an olive tan t-shirt with the
mental front page artwork on it...

I'd be more than happy with a plain black one with
XLTRONIC.COM on it in white in the xlt font.

offline Sido Dyas from a computer on 2003-06-10 07:47 [#00734513]

I voted yes .
If i where to design it i would make it grey with white
xltronic logo like the top of this page , looks nice. Maybe
adding "Excelent electronic music" in smaller font.
There should be a whicked "XT" logo like autechres "AE"
perhaps ?

offline Anus_Presley on 2003-06-10 07:48 [#00734516]

"Excelent electronic music"

would not worrk forr me. i know its the whole theme, but i
don't like it. Excelent is so 5 yearrs ago.

sorry... it was just as you said you were arranging 200 t
shirts

I know you put records as an example, and its what I am
mostly for.

but I will always try to help this place

I think arranging 200 t-shirts wouldn't be the best thing to
do. I mean, even if you have 200 saying they would buy them,
afterwards, will they still do it? (People I know have had a
simillar experience). Tastes will differ, one person will
like a clean XLT on front whereas others will like a totally
different design.
CD's on the other hand would be a different thing, I think
of course.

jeez, how can you anwser that poll without actually knowing
what the merchandise is and what it looks like?

If the shirt would be just black with "xltronic" written on
it (like in the picture phobia posted sometime), i wouldn't
buy that though. I know the webmasters like it minimal, but
i don't ;-)

it'd be cool to see someone in holland with a xltronic shirt
dont you think? :) just in some city or in the train or
something

i'd definately start talking to him/her :)

(btw did you see seinfeld yesterday surrounded? i asked it
in my 'surrounded' thread but you didn't aswer!!! :P :D )

15 minutes... --> seinfeld time

i agree with surrounded somewhat. i like minimalism. but,
it completely depends on what the merchandise looks like as
to whether i'll buy it or not. 'yes' and
'no' aren't votable answers for me on things i have
no idea about yet.

"it's that very old one, were you posted your
rare-records experiences in the beginning remember? :)
"

Yeah, i searched in "Last 5, 10, 25 messages for Morton",
and quickly found it :-)

I can't believe that thread is only about 5 months old... it
feels like much longer ago i ordered those records.

Ahh yes... those were good times... i suppose in a way i
have you to thank for owning those six cd's :-p
It's funny how messageboards work, sometimes it feels like
we're old friends who go back a looooong time ;-) Probably
because every word we speak in here is recorded and you can
still read it all.

"it'd be cool to see someone in holland with a xltronic
shirt dont you think? :)
"

Actually, that would be really cool! :-) The chances are
very small ofcourse, but it would be really nice if it ever
happened.

I'm not saying xltronic-tshirts aren't a good idea... it
would be just be cooler if something more than "xltronic"
was printed on it. Like a loooooong list of all the current
members on the back :-p

Or say... well... ... hm... the list of 10 toughest poster
for instance ;-)

Or a classic post that everyone still remembers... just a
little insiders-joke or something. In that case i'd order
one (if they were avaiable in xxl... lol, they should print
that on the label: stronic, mtronic, ltronic, xltronic or
xxltronic ;-)).

"i'd definately start talking to him/her :)"

Well i probably wouldn't have the guts for that... i'd wait
until i got home and immediately started a thread about it
;-)
