It´s not that bad...is it really?
What I wanna know is, what was the egglayer and how the hell did it get to lay an egg inside the eyeball of a man?
BTW: Have you ever seen fungus growing in venereal places? THAT'S disgusting!!!

There is an insect called the Human Bot Fly. It lays it's eggs on the leg of a mosquito. when the mosquito lands on a person to bite them, the warmth from the person triggers the eggs to hatch. The larvae then crawl into the hole made by the mosquito's nose.
later, a sore developes, it is generally recommended that the larvae is left to develop into a fly because the maggot will clean the sore as it grows and prevent infection. Taking the larvae out prematurely increases the chance of infection.

yes, the bot fly is truly horrifying. this larvae isn't the best example, sometimes they are really stunning, the black specks can develop into black spikes. indeed, it's difficult to remove a bot fly larvae from the flesh without surgery. unfortunately, though, while they are in your flesh they wiggle around, and breath air through the hole they have made! maybe someone will start a parasites thread...
