you know that feeling you get when you havent listened to
this album in years...and you put it on real loud and its
creamy heaven
especially come to daddy (pappy mix), flim, bucephalus
bouncing ball, IZ-US

icant get enough of it....
surely his best work.

I like it... but I haven't not listened to it for years so I
get no creamy feelings.

sometimes i get this feeling that i can't quite pinpoint so
i put come to daddy (pappy mix) on at fullblast and go for a
ride in my car with the windows rolled down.
i still get a kick out of peoples faces at a stoplight. "the
hell IS that?"

driving with good music is always a good feeling, for some
reason..

it was my first twin album, I think it was EVERYBODY'S first
twin album, so yeah it has that special warm fuzzy spot in
my heart on the sofa next to the fireplace
flim is my favorite for so many reasons

I can never decide what my favorite afx is!!! But come to
daddy has it's moments,
Flim and to cure a weakling child (contour regard) are
creamy heaven!!!

I fele that the come to Daddy EP is the most "aphex"
sounding release. That and maybe the RDJ Album.

I wish he continued more in these styles.

yeah, the come to daddy album is sweet, probably my fav to,
all tracks are good....
The first aphex album I bought (but not the first I heard)
was actually SAW 1... a nice start though.

Yeah i got that feeling a while ago when i bought it on
vinyl , i alredy had it on CD.
Goose bumps =)
Madness and Genius blends throughout this amazing release.
It really stuck out from the rest of the electronic scene
when it came and it still does.

the screaming part on come to daddy gives me goosebumps for
some reason . and flim is made all the more sublime by being
next the next track on the cd

It's special album, full of emotion and hilarity and
brilliant melodies, there hasn't been anything like it
since. I really think the Pappy Mix is the highwater mark of
IDM. Almost Beatlesque in its blend of pop sensibilty and
artistic SEXXXX appeal.

yeah...
plus the video is really beautiful (and of course has great
editing and everything)..
I really love the colors in it...

i dont see how anyone can go a whole year without listening
to any one album.....

and even if i did it wouldnt be a surprise to realise how
good it is, i just have to look at the cover or track titles
of any album and i instantly remember how the songs went,
assuming ive heard them at least twice...

the one i feel most attached to as it was my first Aphex

Come To Daddy is kinda like ICBYD, only racheted up in
balls-out sound and in-your-face style...

:)

Flim is simply the main reason I got into Aphex Twin.
Period. And it's still my favorite Aphex song to this day.
