6 years ago i was really getting into the Wipeout XL soundtrac, not to mention that it was my introduction to the world of electronica. but today i watch car commercials that use 7-year-old trax from Wipeout XL. in particular, a Volvo commercial plays Loops of Fury by the Chemical Brothers, and there was another commercial that played Atom Bomb by Fluke. i mean, those trax were cool 6 years ago, but now that they play them on car commercials, i'm just like, "mmm-koy." anyone else notice recycled trax being used for marketing purposes? |

Well it might not be a car commerical, but once again as I was channel flipping I heard a reconizeable melody on some (what looked to be a dumb reality) show. And that song was once again 7\fx's 'On.' That is the third time I've heard his song being used by MTV in some reality show. |
