Do you consider yourself healthy?
You live a healthy life?

i just try not to eat too much, and no (or just a little)

but i don't care about my health that much, nor about my
body (because i don't like it anyway).

I think I live healthy.

I eat about 2 or 3 pieces of fruit a day, never eat to much
fat/sweet stuff, I only every now and then go out and drink
heavily, I don't smoke, I don't do any drugs besides
alcohol, I have quite a lot of fysical movement (not meaning
exercice, but just walking around, riding a bike when going
to somewhere), I almost never get ill, I only never get
enough sleep, but I guess my body's adapted to that last
thing.

Taking care of your body is an imortant process. Not really
for looks, but for feeling.
I hate that media focuses on dieting as a way to become more
attractive, when the most important reason for dieting are
healthreasons.
I consider myself very healthy.

It's important to be healthy - or else you will pay for it
when you get older...
Just look at some oldies with problems and ask yourself if
you want to live their life in the future...

It's also important to understand your own health and how
important it is to have good health.

I can't say I eat very healthy. I like candy and snacks too
much. Also I don't exercise regularly. I'm not fat though,
fortunately.

But I've got a nice butt so I don't care.

frankly, a good butt can get a few appreciative pinches and
pats, which boost your self-confidence and make you feel
happy by releasing endorphins into your system. So, I was
not kiding...your cute butt WILL take you far.

See what it did for that Ricky Martin guy? ;p

I adopted a healthy lifestyle last december. I don't forbid
myself fatty foods and sweets at all, but i try to focus on
making the vast majority of my diet healthy, vegeterian food
(I do eat meat but not much).

I never liked fast food even before the health thing poping
in my head.

And I started exercising reguraly and joined the university
gym.

It makes you feel better and will help in the long run. By
contrast, every other member of my family eats in suicidal
ways and never exercise.

You live longer and you live better if you keep a healthy
lifestyle.

Some people don't have the luxury of having to worry about
how much they eat. Our problem is eating too much and in
most of the world the problem is not eating at all. It's
quite sad.

I think I should be greatful for what I have and not abuse
it. Meaning i shouldn't go overboard with my eating and use
the 'luxury' that i have in choosing good foods and living
healthily rather than foolishly use my comparatively
abundunt supply of resources to harm myself.

You could die in a nice way, or in cancer or other horrible
symtoms caused by an unhealthy lifestyle.
Getting old can be enjoyable, if you've lived a healthy
life.
