i'd love to live till after 100

i heard or read some where that, in optimal conditions,
humans are designed to live untill 120...should research
that though..

the dead friends factor will suck..but still there are many
advatages to living long and seeing much...

I think mammals live atleast 5 times their matureing age.
Probably more.

and what's our maturing age? 18? 20?

if that was the case then to live until around 100 should be
about right...

yeah. I'm gonna live til I'm atleast 100.
I hope I die when I feel like dying, and not before that.
I also hope that feeling isn't forced.

I sit alot, I eat the closest thing to hand (no beef
though). The outcome of this for me is a lazy bowel & a very
bad back (crippled at the min).

I know I should excersise but I'm very demotivated when it
comes to most things, my back doesn't help (I make up for
all of this by spending most of my day/afternoon/evening
creating my musical masterpieces) I think I need a personal
motivator, but not mr motivator cos the only thing he'd
motvate me to do is slap him in the mug.

goose

health is good..living till 100 is good as long as it's
still a decent quality life...being totally senile and weak
is not much fun i would assume...

well you got that straight.
Also if you live healthy you feel better...
I don't feel as good when I do unhealthy stuff (eat
unhealthy stuff / just sit inside my appartment)...
I don't excericise much at all. I don't like gyms so all
excercise is done elsewhere.

yeah i fully agree with you (see my previous posts in other
page)...i think it really does pay off to adopt a better
lifestyle, physically and mentally. You kind of get used to
it, and as you say start feeling bad when you do unhealthy
stuff not the other way around..
