i guess its rare-ish but i didnt think to mention it. though lots of people have just listed promos as rare when half the time there's more promos than 'proper' pressings. it would probably make for a better discussion as to what 'rare' realy means rather than conitinuing to post meaningless lists. |

lots of stuff that is very limited can be actually quite easy to find due to popularity. take the masks..since there is a demand, they'll always be popping up on ebay here and there, and if your wallet is deep enough, it's pretty easy to snag them for yourself. |

i have on white vinyl a single called chimchamzee off the jello album with a rare autechre piano piece on the other side, i heard there was only 200 pressings of this so i guess its rare, i have quite a lot of dj only promos too of various singles but cant remember them all |

Yeh its pretty good, the jello track is nice and the autechre track is piano which works nice and is different from anything else theyve done, kinda atmospheric sounding piano! anyway the jello track is worth it. Also try to get hold of the album this track comes from, the name of it escapes me at the moment, i'll post back in a bit when ive had a look at what its called. |

The album is Jello:Voile produced by Bola, well worth checking out. Chamchimzee is the track youve been offered, when i bought it the guy in the shop commented that it was rare cos of the autechre track on it and cos it was on white vinyl, ive heard since it was limited to 200 copies but i dont know weather thats true, if its been offered to you for 12 quid, go for it! |

The white vinyl pressing of that Jello 12" was limited to 1000 copies. There was then a black vinyl issue, which was also 1000. |

oh yeah the mask's the interdimensionaltransmissions from beyond series on coloured vinyl, got some classic doors ... although i got over 4000 bits of vinyl sitting round my flat without counting the colony stock (which is about half that) so i'm gonna stop thinking about this now ... and half of them are shite that i won't even listen to again probably !! who buys bulk crap like 2000 not very good records ? any ideas anyone ? |
