Concerning the "ridiculous vocals" genre, have you heard
Taco the Wonder Dog? Some of his music sounds a little like a
herd of angry chimpanzees rampaging through a room full of
percussion instruments.

i feel somewhat tempted to release a pain+beat composition.
itd be a machine that sent tiny electrical shocks into
different parts of the body all in sync with the music, that
would be wicked

That would be awesome, not really if it was painful though.
Sort of like that feeling you get when you touch a light
bulb socket with the power on or when your foot falls
asleep, voltage I guess (or decreasing blood pressure to get
that similar feeling). Voltage could be a great new medium
to compose in.

"the underwater banjo genre"
this is actually the "wtf genre". The representative tracks
never have anything to do with underwater banjos, and this
confuses the listener who was expecting them. In a cult
classic, Don Armagatio (I made that name up, nice huh?)
created a track that really did contain underwater
banjos, but only to re-confuse listeners who were just
starting to understand the genre's deciet.

The "Boobs n Gunz" genre.

This is actualy the same as gangsta rap but with the
difference that it is for middle age white men who usualy
are members of the NRA.
Michael more filmed some NRA pep rallies in his movie
Bowling For Columbine , if he would have stuck around a
little bit longer he would have seen the "Boobs n Gunz"
consert they usually hold after the meeting.
This is a music style but could more be described as a
happening or a aid for these men to enjoy what they love
best , Boobs and Guns.
The conserts are more like strip shows , strippers dance
around and do nasty stuff with rifles etc , while in the
speakers you here the boobs n Gunz music. This music is
usualy a simple hip hop beat for the strippers to dance to
with some guy reading (raping?) for example an instruction
manual for a Sig Sauer 9 mm.
"Boobs n Gunz" albums are hard to find in music stores but
are often sold at NRA meetings.

"squaredrill & pushbass" started it's history in the later
1999 when a couple of young kids tried to sound like thier
idol called squaerpsuher. the style is known by the big
amount of bad "drrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
kakakahuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrooooooooounk" sounds mixed too
high or sometimes too low and not syncrinized with the
melody.

have you heard of "rap-rap" ?
It's actually an pretty old genre where the beat is often
made by rap and the rap is rap.

And there is also the "Rotten Fruit" genre
Similar to the "squaredrill & pushbass" but the followers
consists only of highly untalented users of Fruityloops.
The music is often poorly mixed and lack of any inovation in
sounds or composition.
These musicians is known for hanging at internet forums
bugging people with endless spam about their "Rotten Fruit"
music.

Some of them make their own Burnt cd's with crappy
uninspired artwork and layout (usualy a picture processed by
a simple photoshop filter like "water ripples")
They sell these at ridicilous prices.

the "hello please listen to my music genre" is pretty
underrated.
sometimes the music is pretty good but the overexposure of
this genre has made it boring and "not so fun anymore".
I hope this will change in the future, and I think this
style will come back more and more as we see that more and
more people are joyning net communities everday.

The "hello I need attention genre" or in some subcultures
called "I am aphex twin, and it's true" is more an abstract
form of music becouse it's use of no sounds at all. the
music is read only by text on a monitor ( often on
messageboards ) and the text written made by people who
have nothing important or funny to say.

Yeah or the "hpltmm" genre.
It is certanly a growing genre.

Unrelated , but on my work there is a guy from switzerland
called "Beat"
Thats weird.
The endless stream of very crappy jokes about that name
never seems to stop flowing.
I mean with a name like that you are really asking for a
"Beating"

Yeah the fans of this genre have a love/hate relation to
this genre.
They hate the artists and what they are doing but they can't
stop interacting with the music .
There is a joy to be find with abusing the "hello I need
attention genre" artist with snappy comebacks and insults
before they are banned (usualy by a non fan of the genre)

I invented a musical genre once called "Tap Dog". It's where
you tape a whole bunch of ball park franks onto your feet
and dance around in a tub of ketchup and mustard. You
wouldn't believe the amount of play I got for that one.
People where Lining the block wanting to listen to some good
ol' Tap Dog.

I didn't know there was such a huge following of people in
the "hello I need attention genre". I bet there's all sorts
of web pages and stuff dedicated to me in this genre.

"skip hop genre"- for gay gangsta rappers. Their live
performances include them skipping together holding hands
while showing off their skills as lyrical terrorists.
