are there any programs out there that wouls allow me to
construct a mixed dj set as if it were being done on a set
of decks?

i mean.. i can think of ways of doing this with a sound
editor but it would be a real pain in the ass. is there
anything out there that would have the feel of real
dj mixing.. i know this would be pretty impossible for live
circumstances.. seeing as how the track you plan to mix in
next can't be queued really as the computer has one sound
output... anyhow. yeah.. just wondering what, if anthing,
you guys are using.

ive heard of these things you
actually put on your turntables and spin and it controls the
play of cd's as if it were vinyl. i can't remember what
it's called and i don't know if it works in mp3 format. and
my friend who told me this may have just been pulling my
chain.

yeah it's true i forget what it's called but basically
you've got a record that you put on a turntable and it
scratches the mp3 (hmm, maybe it doesnt work with mp3's but
it'd be poor if it didnt)

check out last months future music or sound on sound, it's
in them
