w M w...did you actually get selected among top 15? I mean...something tells me that's bullshit spewing from your text...but that would be pretty cool if you did, no? I hope I do...but my confirmation email mentioned nothing of it. Although I really don't expect to either, I just did it for fun within a couple of hours sitting in front of my really old tape deck, a few of my synths, and my computer. I wouldn't exactly call it quality material, but I think it is probably among one of the more creative takes on remixing (it isn't some house mix of an Autechre song...its a horribly mutated remix with a nice juicy analogue sound). |

whew, i just listened to my _confirmed_ (thanks phobia ;) mix again! like everyone else i'm excited to hear what a bunch of ae hedz turned in for remixes hehe ... especially because i listen to almost all "unsigned" artists (it's amazing how much stuff comes out on net labels i seriously can't keep up). hey, would playing my remix live be considered making it public? i'm playing a mpls club tonight + it would be so much fun to blast it ;D |
